How long will it take until I receive my order?
All items are shipped directly to you after we receive your order. Packaged and placed with Thai Post in Bangkok within 1 business day. When you place an order you’ll be notified during checkout of the estimated delivery dates based on your location. You will receive an email notification of shipping and tracking information.
Currently we are delivering anywhere in Thailand and to International addresses.
Deliveries are via Thailand Postal Service. All shipments are made as Registered Mail and a tracking number is issued so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
Shipping costs as they appear in the shopping cart are the cost of Registered Mail and tracking from Thai Post based on the weight of the package. We do not add a packing or shipping fee to the cost of shipping.
How do I track my order?
With the tracking number that’s provided to you, you can track your shipment via Thai Post here: http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx If clicking on the web address does not open a new page in your webs browser then copy and paste the website address into your browser. At Thai Post Tracking page, enter your tracking number and slide the bar to the right to reveal the status of your shipment.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee you see in the Shopping Cart is the Thai Post fee for Registered Mail and tracking based on the weight of your shipment. You pay the Postal shipping fee only. there are no additional shipping fees added to your order.
Do you ship outside of Thailand?
Our shopping cart is set up for Thailand and International shipments via Thai Postal Registered Air Mail. If you are ordering for delivery outside of Thailand and wish to use an alternative shipping service, e.g., UPS, DHL and or Expedited shipping methods please contact us at email@example.com with the details of your order, shipping method and delivery address. We will gladly provide you with the cost of shipping and a payment method. Orders shipping outside of Thailand via an alternative shipper will ship within 2 days with notification of estimated delivery time and tracking information.
Why is my shipment delayed?
Please contact us at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel your shipment is delayed. We will determine what is going on and quickly advise you of the status of your shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please make sure your order is correct when you place it. Once orders have been placed and order has shipped they cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to change or cancel your order after being placed contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you with your order.

If goods are returned we may offer to refund the goods, exchange them for the same or a similar product or give you a credit. If you accept a credit it can be applied to any product on our website.
